This method can be an alternative to more cost-consuming processes, if there are no stringent requirements as to morphological properties of the material. The figures present SEM images obtained from materials and a diffractive image with blurred reflex (002) originating from multiwall carbon nanotubes. The tested growth method is cheap, but the obtained material is very non-homogenous, which may result in weaker electric conductivity and difficulty in obtaining of homogenous dispersions (e.g. in case of paints, inks etc.). Therefore, the method is not recommended for further research and development works.
